MC BOOTCAMP
A Bootcamp for BUSY people. An all inclusive Bootcamp that will challenge all abilities and goals.

MC BOOTCAMP morning camps train on the outdoor courts Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings 6-7 am. The evening camp train on a Monday, Wednesday Friday Evening 7-8 pm.
BEATBOUNCE
Beat Bounce is a 1 hour fitness class all performed on a mini trampoline combining fitness and toning.

Come and give it a go. A great workout on mini trampolines. 40 minutes cardio followed by 15 minutes of toning. A hard workout but great fun every Tuesday at 6.15 pm.

Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class with a tennis twist. This tennis workout is open to anyone – all ages and abilities! No tennis experience needed
