Cardio Tennis – a fitness class with a tennis twist. Perfect for complete tennis beginners – Saturday 8:30 am and Thursday 6 pm

Walking Tennis – a slower version of the game. Perfect for players with limited mobility – Monday 12:00 and Wednesday 12:30.

Walking Netball – No running involved, just gentle netball fun – Tuesday 11:30 am

Seated Tennis – A functional Fitness Class, to help you progress towards walking tennis – Day TBC

Mini & Me – Fitness class for mums and tots to do together – Wednesday 1:45 pm

Sport In Mind – Pickleball Class for men with mental health challenges – 2:30 pm

Wheelchair Tennis – for complete beginners to advanced – We have chairs for you to join any of our sessions. Tennis adult beginners tennis is Thursday 7 pm
